At seen letters, we take great care in producing each personalised read. Because every letter is written by hand for a specific person based on the screenshots they provide, we want to be clear about our refund policy before you purchase.

Digital products

All reads delivered by seen letters are digital products — personalised PDF letters delivered by email. Due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once a read has been delivered.

If your read has not been delivered

If you have paid and have not received your read within 48 hours of submitting your screenshots, please contact us at getseen2026@gmail.com and we will either deliver your read promptly or issue a full refund.

If we cannot complete your read

In the rare case that we are unable to complete your read (for example, if the screenshots provided are insufficient or unclear), we will contact you to request better screenshots or issue a full refund at your choice.

Quality concerns

We stand behind the quality of every read we write. If you feel your read was not completed with care or did not reflect the screenshots you provided, please contact us at getseen2026@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will review your concern and, where appropriate, rewrite or refund your read.
