seen letters is a digital content service. We provide personalised written personality analysis reports ("reads") delivered as PDF files by email. Customers submit screenshots of their phone, and we write a personalised analysis based on those screenshots within 24-48 hours depending on the tier purchased.
seen letters is a creative writing and digital content service. We are not a therapy service, a psychological diagnostic service, a counselling service, or a psychic service. Our reads are creative interpretations and should be treated as entertainment and personal reflection, not professional advice of any kind.
By submitting screenshots to us, you confirm that the screenshots belong to your own device and that you have the right to share them. We will use your screenshots solely to write your personalised read. We do not share, sell, or distribute your screenshots to any third party. We may retain screenshots for up to 30 days after delivery for quality purposes, after which they are deleted.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are charged at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Reads are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. The Glance (€4.99) and The Letter (€9.99) are delivered within 24 hours. The Portrait (€19.99) is delivered within 48 hours. Delivery times are approximate and may vary during busy periods.
The reads we write are original creative work. Upon delivery, you own your personal read and may use it for personal purposes. You may not resell, distribute, or claim authorship of reads written by seen letters.
seen letters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your read.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
